So you want to be the G.O.A.T?
As I was watching a significant amount of ESPN during SB week something stood out. Mahomes probably the best QB in the league was the first to show up to OTAs, did extra work with rookies and new comers, sat in receiver meetings,………basically he put the hard work in.
Easily he could of just shown up when he wanted to during training camp but leaders put in the EXTRA work, if they truly want to be the best. Be the greatest at what you do…..UNLOCK putting in the necessary time of preparation to be the G.O.A.T.
Egos have to go, past accomplishments have to be mentally retired, and the path to the next attainable goal must be navigated. So I ask do you want to be the greatest of all time in your area of expertise? Many do, but few are willing to sacrifice the countless hours of preparation it takes to realize that goal.
Mahomes is not there yet but I have a feeling we will be having the G.O.A.T discussion very soon. Keep grinding leaders.
